CHARLESTON, SC (July 22, 2009) – The Family Circle Tennis Center, Charleston’s premier public tennis facility, will host a Tennis Block Party presented by The Daniel Island News to showcase its many tennis programs available for the whole family from 9:00am to noon on Saturday, August 8th, 2009. Growing the game of tennis has always been a top priority for the Family Circle Tennis Center, and this United States Tennis Association (USTA) backed initiative has been a proven catalyst for community growth throughout America’s public facilities.
