A 12-year-old continues to recover tonight after his 15-year-old brother shot him in the cheek last Thursday
The father was at a restraunt when the suspect, his son, called to say he shot his brother.
The 12-year-old said he was on the couch, watching tv when his brother walked in with a gun and pulled the trigger.
The youngest brother was shot in the left cheek, the bullet exited below his chin and was then lodged in the right side of his chest.
Investigators determined it as an accidental shooting and no charges has been brought against the 15 year old. He told investigators that he thought the gun was empty when he pointed it at his brother and pulled the trigger.
