Steven Morgan, the man accused of kidnapping, sexually assaulting and attempting to kill a Goose Creek woman appeared in front of a bond court judge Saturday morning.
Morgan was extradited from Augusta, Georgia on Friday before his Berkeley County bond court.
Facing five charges, Morgan's bond totals $1,000,000; $250,000 for attempted murder, criminal sexual conduct, kidnapping and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. His first degree burglary charge was not bondable.
He will sit in the Hill Finklea Detention Center unless he bonds out by paying $100,000.
Morgan's next court date is set for April 27.
