UPDATE:
Despite being nearly half and hour late to a rally in Charleston, a crowds enthusiasm for Michele Bachmann didn't wane.
After giving a shout for the Gamecocks, Presidential hopeful Bauchmann told a crowd on Daniel Island she wanted to repeal President Obama's health care plan, calling it a step toward socialism, and create jobs.
She pointed out increased national debt, the future of America, and high gas prices as reasons she is running for office. Bachmann praised the tea party for their political activism. Bachmann made mention to God, spoke against abortion, and lower taxes, aligning herself with the founding fathers.
When asked about Gov.Palin, Bachmann said opponents wanted to see the women in a mud wrestle, but she told the crowd she respected the governor and welcomed her to the race.
