Saturday the South Carolina Highway Patrol arrested 25-year-old Devin Matthew Robinson of Cross for lying to investigators.
The Highway Patrol said he was arrested at 9:00 AM and booked at the Hill-Finklea Detention Center in Moncks Corner.
He's the brother of the felony DUI driver that collided head-on with another vehicle, on November 10, 2011, on Broughton Road in Moncks Corner.
The Highway Patrol charged Devin M. Robinson with Obstruction of Justice. The Highway Patrol charged the EMS paramedic with the same thing in the case.
