Driver charged with DUI, after car accident

A man is dead after a single vehicle accident, Saturday night in North Charleston.

A man is dead after a single vehicle accident, Saturday night in North Charleston.

Officials say the passenger, 32 year old Eddie Harris, was taken to MUSC where he died due to blunt force trauma.

They say the driver, 21 year old Christopher Leroy Wright, left the road and struck a tree at South Rail Rd, and Ashley Phosphate at about 10:50 last night.

Wright was charged with felony DUI, and DUS thrid offense.
