29-year-old Shaquan Duley, the mother accused of killing her two toddlers and placing their bodies in a car and rolling it into the River, is officially charged with murder. She faced a judge today for arraignment.
Supporters were at the courthouse for the arraignment today. News 2 talked to a young woman who attended school with Duley. She says she's in shock about what happened and is here to support the family.
Dorothy Parker, with the Orangeburg community Action Group was also there for support. The group is raising money to help bury the two toddlers.
