Charleston man charged with throwing other people's private documents in dumpster
Anthony Loius Smalls is charged with illegal dumping after police found boxes of personal records in a dumpster behind Sea Island Shopping Center.

Anthony Loius Smalls, 30, is charged with illegal dumping after police found boxes of personal records in a dumpster behind Sea Island Shopping Center.
According to Mount Pleasant police the boxes belonged to American Media Services LLC and contained personal tax information with social security numbers.
Police issued a Town Ticket for illegal dumping but the matter is under investigation with the state division of Consumer Affairs. According to police Smalls was hired to properly dispose of the documents.
