One lowcountry businessman is already seeing signs of new business from Boeing. Steve Deguzman is the owner of the Rehava Real Estate Store. He says Boeing employees have already been contacting his office.

Weeks before it was official, Deguzman says an executive from Boeing walked in the door of his office to take a look at homes. When the man showed him his business card, Deguzman says his response was, "We've been waiting for you."

Other Boeing employees have contacted their real estate office by email to find out what's available in the Charleston market.

Deguzman has been selling real estate in Charleston since 2003. He believes the Boeing announcement could have a dramatic impact on the real estate market, and the business market in general in Charleston.
