Some people believe that they are invasive and a health risk.  But are body scanners at security checkpoints dangerous to people?

News 2 medical team asks a Medical University of South Carolina doctor about the effects of the small doses of X-ray radiation emitted by the airport scanning machines.  Dr. Walter Huda says air travelers going through whole-body scanners don't need to worry about radiation from the devices.
