Winter Weather Advisory issued for Grand Strand

A strong cold front has allowed for very cold air to rush into the Carolinas this morning with snow breaking out across northeast South Carolina and southeast North Carolina.

A band of snow is producing a quick dusting to one inch of snow across the Pee Dee and Grand Strand regions of South Carolina.  A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Horry County as snow is expected all the way to the coast.

A few snow showers or flurries are possible across northern Berkeley, northern Charleston, Georgetown, and Williamsburg counties.
