Warm afternoon ahead, slightly cooler Thursday and Friday

Sun and clouds this afternoon with warm high temperatures in the lower to middle 80s.  Lows tonight will range between 60 and 65 under a partly to mostly clear sky.

Slightly cooler air will work into the region Thursday and Friday on a northeast wind.  You can expect a good amount of sunshine with highs in the middle to upper 70s.

Clouds will increase late Friday into Saturday as a cold front approaches from the west.  High temperatures on Saturday will surge into the middle 80s away from the coast ahead of the front before cooling slightly on Sunday into the upper 70s.  There is a chance of a few showers both days.

A cooler and drier air mass will arrive by early next week with plenty of sunshine on Monday and Tuesday.  Highs will be near 70 with overnight lows in the upper 40s to near 50.
