Very warm Halloween ahead, shower risk increases too
Partly sunny today with near record highs in the middle 80s away from the coast. The record for the day is 87 set back in 1961. Trick-or-treating will likely be a little on the warm side at least early in the evening before cooler air works in overnight. We will see an isolated shower risk through early this evening with a better chance of rain showers arriving overnight through early Monday. A much cooler air mass will establish itself over the region tomorrow and Monday with high temperatures only in the middle 60s at best both days.
Drier weather will arrive by Tuesday and Wednesday with an increase in sunshine expected. High temperatures will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s with overnight lows in the upper 40s to middle 50s.
Have a great weekend!
