Rain continues this afternoon, drier on Thursday

Periods of rain will continue this afternoon before diminishing this evening.  Many areas will see at least 1/2 - 1” of rain before all is said and done.  Temperatures will hold steady near 60 well inland to the upper 60s at the beaches through this afternoon before slowly falling into the middle and upper 50s tonight.  Some of us may see a decline in temperature this afternoon, especially in heavier rain. 

Look for any morning clouds and spotty showers to fade through Thursday morning with sunshine breaking out by midday.  Highs will be in the upper 60s to lower 70s.  A few more showers are possible Thursday night and Friday morning.  Highs Friday will be in the middle to upper 60s.

Partly sunny on Saturday and Sunday with highs in the middle to upper 60s.  Overnight lows will be in the 40s.
