Citadel ready for Wofford
CHARLESTON, SC-They burned the Wofford flag, set piles of wood on fire, lit fireworks into the night sky and crammed pie after pie down their throats.
The Citadel football team knows how to have fun that’s for sure. They also know how to win, judging by their two game win streak heading into Saturday’s match up with the Terriers, the final home game of the season for Kevin Higgins and the Boys.
There is still no word of who will take the starting job but Coach Higgins indicated it might be back to a two man game; his original plan before Bart Blanchard went down with a toe injury forcing him to miss some games.
He says he will wait until Saturday morning before naming Miquel Starks or Blanchard, the 1st quarter starter.
