Shanita Latrice Cunningham, 24, was arrested and charged with homicide by child abuse. She is the second person arrested in the child’s death.

Powder that was found at UPS center… not enough airborne to cause great harm
Berkeley County Director of Emergency Preparedness tells us that Calcium Phosphate Dibasic can, like many powders, be dangerous if a great quantity is airborne. He tells us that fortunately that is NOT the case today. He said the powder was only found as high up as 18 inches from the bottom of the trailer.
