Some Massachusetts high school students will soon be subject to alcohol breath tests at school. While it’s not uncommon for schools to test students at the prom, the school committee informally agreed to a new high school plan that allows breathalyzer tests during the school day.

A 5-year-old Texas Kindergartner was crushed to death in front of her classmates when a portable closet fell on top of her during gym class Wednesday.

Connecticut elementary school students suspended after alleged sex acts on school bus

A dozen elementary school students have been suspended after something described as “inappropriate” and “sexual” happened on a Connecticut elementary school bus. It was so bad that 12 Generali Elementary School students will be transferred to other schools after they serve out their suspensions.
