South Carolina budget shortfall meeting today
South Carolina Gov. Mark Sanford is calling agency heads together to work out plans to shave spending. Sanford’s budget summit Tuesday is an effort to come up with spending reductions expected as the state’s revenues fall off by as much as $250 million.
