SC lawmakers approve bill to rebuild run-down schools

South Carolina lawmakers have approved a bill that could help generate funds to rebuild run-down schools across the state.  The measure passed by lawmakers Thursday would allow districts to borrow up to $20 million interest-free to build or renovate schools.
