A dozen elementary school students have been suspended after something described as “inappropriate” and “sexual” happened on a Connecticut elementary school bus. It was so bad that 12 Generali Elementary School students will be transferred to other schools after they serve out their suspensions.

It started as an idea for school districts to make money for their bus fleets in a time of rising fuel prices and dwindling budgets. Districts would be allowed to sell space on the inside of their school buses for printed ads to be placed above the windows.
