Governor Mark Sanford signed the incentives bill, passed by the legislature, that will bring Boeing’s 787 Dreamliner plant to North Charleston.

Boeing jobs impact to be felt immediately

Commerce Secretary Joe Taylor says the plant will start having an effect on the state’s job situation in a matter of weeks, because Boeing plans to break ground in November.
