King St. merchants have troubling with recession and rent.

Charleston Police said Tuesday that they’ve arrested five adults for vandalizing eight downtown businesses with graffiti on December 25th and 28th.

The City of Charleston has suspended work on the King Streetscape Project to allow ease for holiday shoppers.
