McCain’s VP: Romney, Pawlenty chances look dim

Sources confirm Governor Mitt Romney and Governor Tim Pawlenty are out as possible VP choices for Senator John McCain.  As the political community turned desperate for clues, speculation moved toward Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin, the so-called “hockey mom” credited with reforms of her out-of-the-way state.
