Do I have a cold or H1N1? The difference between cold and H1N1
Symptoms of the cold are more common, and can make the patient miserable for three to five days. A patient usually has a stuffy nose, congestion, some body aches and a growing cough. According to the CDC seasonal flu and H1N1 symptoms consist of fever, more painful body aches, dry cough, diarrhea and severe fatigue. It’s hard, without testing, to tell apart the seasonal strain of flu from the H1N1 variety.

A doctor’s exam may be needed to tell whether you have developed the flu or a complication of the flu. UPDATE: Winter Weather Advisory issued for portions of the Lowcountry
Snow is expected across portions of the area on Tuesday with accumulations possible in some areas. A Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for Williamsburg, Orangeburg, Berkeley, Dorchester counties, as well as inland sections of Colleton county.

A Winter Weather Advisory is now in effect for a large portion of the area as snow will become likely for inland areas by Tuesday morning.
Monday forecast update
Dense fog will hang around through 9AM with a mix of sun and clouds after the fog burns off. Some light snow is possible tonight and Tuesday, but no major winter weather problems are expected at this time.
