Tonight, a number of teenagers spoke out about their concerns with regard to teenagers involved in crime in downtown Charleston.  A number of community leaders were there to listen, and give advice.

An anonymous tip led to the arrest of 28-year-old James Simpson, the man Charleston police say was caught on surveillance video running off with a painting from Hank’s Seafood on Hayne Street in Charleston.
