MB hasn’t given up on finding body of missing Md. teen

A 13-year-old Maryland boy who disappeared nearly two months ago in the surf off South Carolina has not been found.
Horry County police Lt. Darris Fowler told The Sun News of Myrtle Beach he has never had a case like this. He says all the experts he has consulted figured the body would have been recovered by now.
Officials say it is doubtful the body of Lonnie Hill Jr., of Windsor Mill, Md., was eaten by sharks.
Authorities aren’t sure if the body could be submerged or washed out to sea. They say there is a chance the teen will never be found.
Hill disappeared July 23 while swimming in the ocean with a friend. He was in Myrtle Beach for a baseball tournament.
His parents wouldn’t talk to the newspaper.
