Palin does interview as turkeys are slaughtered in the background

Former Republican Vice Presidential Candidate Sarah Palin apparently hasn’t learned the real estate rule that “location is everything”.

After officially pardoning a turkey Thursday at the “Triple D Farm and Hatchery” in her hometown of Wasilla, Alaska Palin conducted an interview with NBC affiliate KTUU.

Unfortunately, the interview was conducted just a few feet away from a workstation where the farm’s turkey’s are slaughtered.

A farm worker continued to slaughter turkeys in plain sight just over Palin’s shoulder.

Governor Palin was told by the photographer what was going on behind her and allowed the interview to continue.
