Minnesota couple charged for having 125 cats

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - A Minnesota couple are charged with animal cruelty and other misdemeanors after 125 cats were removed from their mobile home.
Bob Saladis tells the Star Tribune that he looks forward to telling his side of the story and is upset that the media “blows it all out of proportion.“
Officials say the stench from piles of debris and feces in the home was overwhelming.
The Star Tribune says the cats were euthanized.
In 2002, 72 cats were removed from another home where the couple lived.
