It is a day of damage assessment in Louisiana following Hurricane Gustav.
While New Orleans was spared a direct hit, surrounding communities are watching rising water to see if levees will hold.
Power lines are down across the state, and the challenge for New Orleans now is how to get the nearly two million people who evacuated home.
In Jefferson Parish storm surge rushed back in to the town of Lafitte, and officials are still making sure the flood control system will hold.
In Houma, Louisiana the brunt of the storm left behind damage that could mean months of rebuilding.
Inspections are still underway, but so far it appears the refineries and off shore rigs escaped major damage.
Most should resume operations once power is restored.
