Charleston, Berkeley schools update Hanna schedules

Charleston and Berkeley County schools will operate on normal schedules through Thursday as district officials monitor the progress of Tropical Storm Hanna.

Charleston County:

District officials say on Thursday, only after-school programs for after 6pm have been canceled.  All other after-school activities before 6pm (including afternoon athletic practices, Kaleidoscope, etc.) will operate according to a regular schedule.

All after-school activities for today Wednesday, September 3 are still canceled.

Berkeley County:

School, and after school programs, will operate on a regular schedule through Thursday.

All Friday night football games are rescheduled for tomorrow night at 7:00 pm if they’re home games.  Away games will be played Thursday at 7:30 pm.  JV games are being played tonight.
