The Lowcountry CW and News 2 to present Teen Life: Unfiltered

The Lowcountry CW and News 2 will present Teen Life: Unfiltered, a community forum and “unfiltered” talk with teens, Tuesday, December 2, 2008, 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., at Seacoast Church in Mt. Pleasant. 

Teen Life: Unfiltered will be hosted by News 2 Chief Meteorologist Rob Fowler,  Brook Ryan from 95SX (WSSX-FM), and Kylie Fowler (Rob’s teenage daughter).

“We’re giving area teens an open microphone to ask questions and discuss drug and alcohol abuse, depression, divorce, bi-polar disorders … any of the tough issues they face,” said Fowler.

Area doctors, teachers, psychologists and clergy will be on-hand to answer questions and to let teens know that there are resources available for them.

WCBD will edit portions and Teen Life: Unfiltered will air as a one-hour program Thursday night, December 4, at 10 p.m., on The Lowcountry CW (digital channel 2.2).

The Lowcountry CW is available with a digital television receiver tuned to channel 2.2.  With cable, The Lowcountry CW is available on Comcast - channel 14 (Comcast Walterboro – channel 12), Knology - Channel 12, Pine Tree Cablevision – channel 8, and Southern Cable Communication – channel 16.
