Lowcountry shoppers say that trying to save money at the super market is like playing a grocery game. They search from store to store for the best deals; clipping coupons and collecting Sunday sales papers. Everyone has their theories about where to find the cheapest groceries.

The Problem Solver team went out to play the Grocery Game themselves. We comparison shopped, during a three-month period, at the seven most popular chain super markets in the Lowcountry to find the best deals.
