Sanfords ethics probe cannot be a secret
The South Carolina Supreme Court ruled that Governor Mark Sanford can not keep the ethics probe into his travel secret.
Sanford’s travel is under scrutiny since he skipped the country in June to visit his mistress in Argentina. Since then, media and lawmakers have investigated his use of state planes for personal purposes and questioned his travel in first class seats despite low-cost travel rules.
