Police file murder charges in Citadel Mall shooting

Rodney Palmer and Daniel Williams are charged with murder for the shooting at Citadel Mall on Wednesday.

Police say Palmer and WIlliams gunned down 27-year-old Begondae Moore after an argument.

A federal officer who happened to be at the mall at the time also opened fire, but his involvment is not clear.
