Police arrest 3 on drug charges

On March 12th, 2009, officers searched 5611 Craig Street, Apartment #3, in North Charleston after a narcotics investigation… The investigation included a controlled purchase of drugs from the location. 

During a search, police found 17.7 grams of cocaine base, a small amount of marijuana, and $2,401 in cash. 

Jarard Rayshard Graham & Tiara Sherriel Stoutamire were arrested and charged with Trafficking Cocaine Base, PWID Cocaine Base within a ½ Mile Proximity of a School, and Simple Possession of Marijuana. 

Demario Sanquan Ravenell was charged with PWID Cocaine Base, PWID Cocaine Base within a ½ Mile Proximity of a School, and Simple Possession of Marijuana.
