It’s been six days since the New Year.  How is that resolution coming along?
A popular one year in and year out is joining a gym.  But for a growing number of women, treadmills and weights just don’t cut it.
And that’s where the Goddess Dance Studio comes in. 
Brendan Clark checks out Pole Fitness and we find out what it’s like working out in those shoes!

I have been involved with pole fitness for exactly one year now. I am defintely more toned, more stronger, more confident than I was 12 months ago. Thank you Channel 2 news!! and THANK YOU GODDESS DANCE STUDIO!!

We appreciate Brendan Clark coming out to get the facts about pole fitness. He did a great job covering the story and filming the footage. The segment speaks for itself on the workout that pole fitness really is and the fact that the benefits go beyond even the physical challenges and muscle tone- but encourage women from all backgrounds in a positive way.

I love doing pole! It has motivated me to increase my fitness to become proficient in the moves and move up to different levels. Elizabeth, Pam and Tayna are the best instructors ever! Pole Fitness has not only increased my strength but my confidence as well!
