A new home is open in downtown Charelston, for the cities homeless.. Crisis Ministries’ Transitional Living Center opened it’s doors on Tuesday..
   
The TLC home is for families to live in, until they can get back on their feet.. Crisis Ministries’ will also provide parenting, life management, budgeting counceling and home management skills.

There is also a playground as part of the TLC home, and it was funding by 1st and 2nd graders in Mount Pleasant.. They believed every child, even homeless children, deserve a playground.
