New details on North Charleston’s major new development

We now have some additional details about North Charleston new development.  Ingleside Plantation will have shops, movie theaters, hotels and other businesses. 

It is expected to take about 15 years to complete.

Once completed, the project will be a massive 2,540,000 sq feet of commercial space.

The location of the new Ingleside Plantation at Hwy 78 and I-26. 

The majority of the development will take place on the opposite side of the interstate from Trident hospital.
