ORIGINAL STORY BELOW:
Mount Pleasant police arrested 2 middle school boys for allegedly groping 3 female students on the school bus last week.
An assistant principal at Moultrie Middle School reported to police that 2 male students repeatedly grabbed the breasts and rear-ends of 3 female students.
The incidents happened Thursday afternoon November 12.
Because of the sexual nature of the allegations, Mount Pleasant police charged both juveniles with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature.
The Durham Bus Services say they failed to record the bus ride on video. News 2 called Durham Tuesday afternoon but our message was not returned.
The juveniles were released to their parents and their cases were referred to family court. The families of the 3 girls were notified by police.
