Grand South Auctions announced that they will offer one of the most expensive homes, ever constructed on the Isle of Palms, at auction on March 21st.

Scott Hodges, owner and principal auctioneer of Grand South Auctions, says that this home “is in a caliber all by itself compared to other oceanfront homes”.The home which was recently constructed by the Pinnacle-Award winning builder, Thomas M. Evans Construction, sits on an acre and a half and is considered one of the widest lots on the island. With 8 bedrooms and over 6,700 square feet of comfortable living space, it is “luxury redefined”, according to it’s owner, Thomas Evans. “An auction will generate the excitement and attention this home deserves,“ continued Evans.
Held in associated with Eve Olasov and Luxury Land & Homes, Inc., bidders for the auction must register in advance. Only those who have registered will be allowed admittance to the auction. “Once we announced this home for auction, the entire real estate community was talking about it”, said Hodges, and “we’ve had inquires from across the country already”. There is a dedicated web page for this property auction. Visit the site here.
