Health Care Town Hall
Southeast Community Care is reaching out to the Medicare-eligible community by helping aging Charleston residents learn the Medicare system and how to decipher the plans, unique programs and options available to them.
On September 15th, 2009 at Charleston Airport Convention Center, Southeast Community Care is holding a “Town Hall” event to celebrate healthy living and inspire wellness. On this day, Southeast Community Care is also making it their mission to let all Medicare-eligible members of your community know what they can expect from a Medicare Advantage program. The navigation of the Medicare system can be both overwhelming and confusing. Southeast Community Care wants to help alleviate that confusion and help this segment of the population understand what services, possible value added programs and support they can receive when choosing a Medicare health care company.
