Four-hour wait for Charleston and Berkeley voting

Local elections officials told News 2 on Monday that the wait for early voting in both Charleston and Berkeley Counties was up to four hours, as of 3:30 pm.  Those offices remain open for early voting on Monday until 5 p.m.  The polls across South Carolina are open on election day from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
