These new charges deal with three additional victims: two males and a female, who reported the accusations to the toll-free SLED hotline (1-800-414-2826) which was established on October 21, 2008.
According to arrest warrants, Eubanks is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old male and employed him to masturbate in front of him while watching adult pornography.
The allegations happened at 324 Belair Road, North Augusta, S.C. between January 1 and December 31, 1993. A year earlier, Eubanks is accused of allowing the same boy, who was 13-years-old, perform oral sex on him. An arrest warrant says Eubanks also allowed a 15-year-old male to perform oral sex on him at 108 Argyle Avenue, Eubanks’ former residence and 1804 Wells Road, Paul Knox Middle School, both in North Augusta, S.C.
Investigators say Eubanks took that same child to several rest areas off Interstate 20 in Aiken County and forced him to perform sexual intercourse and/or acts with other, unknown adult men.
Eubanks is believed to have given the same child alcoholic beverages and marijuana at Eubanks’ former address 108 Argyle Road, North Augusta, S.C. These allegations happened between January 1 and December 31, 1977.
An arrest affidavit further states, Eubanks forced a 15-year-old female student to rub his genitals on the outside of his clothing to be sexually aroused. This allegedly happened inside Eubanks’ vehicle within the area of Two Notch Road and Celeste Avenue in Aiken County, S.C.
The defendant is accused of transporting the same girl from Paul Knox Middle School’s campus without the verbal or written knowledge or permission of the child’s parents. These allegations happened between January 1 and December 31, 1977.
