Force Protection faces filing deadline today

Today is a big deadline for ladson-based Force Protection.  The Armored vehicle maker has to file 2 overdue financial reports in order to prevent being delisted on the Nasdaq stock market.
   
The company must issue its 2007 annual report, as well as restate results for the 1st quarter of 2008. The manufacturer said in March it would restate previously reported financial statements. The reports will be refiled because of accounting discrepancies on the previous reports
