Poll manager Jacqueline tells me that out of about 4,000 registered voters in the Devon Forest precinct, she estimates 1,500 have voted so far today.  But keep in mind, that’s just an estimate. She says they might normally get a TOTAL of 500-600 voters.

I asked her about any problems they might be seeing.  The only thing she says has been a regular issue is people coming to the wrong precinct.

Jacqueline says if your name is in the computer assigned to another precinct, you will not be allowed to vote there.  You MUST head to the other precinct.

Polls have a little more than an hour before closing here in SC.  We’ll update you on News 2 as well as you here on counton2.com.

And, of course, twitter will be updated all night at http://www.twitter.com/news2.
