College of Charleston students watch history live as it happens

College is a great place to learn about history from history books, today CofC students learned about history live on television.  Lynette Wright said, “Having been given this chance to see the first African-American President, I mean, I never thought I would get to see it in my life. I’m excited.“ Most of the students we spoke to voted for the first time in November. The day left many with hope that big things are in store for the future.
