San Antonio police have released the 911 call in the case of a mother charged with decapitating her baby and eating parts of him.

Police in San Antonio, Texas say a woman decapitated her own newborn baby.
Police say the woman used a steak knife to decapitate her three-and-a-half week-old son, then partially cannibalized it.
Investigators say the woman stabbed herself in the chest and stomach after admitting to what she did.
She told police that the devil made her do it.
Police say the child’s aunt and grandmother were also in the house, along with two other small children, when the crime took place.
“The baby was found in one of the rooms. The baby had exchanged hands. Someone had taken the baby from the suspect and called 911,“ said San Antonio Police Officer Joe Rios.

As I listened to that 911 tape, I could not help but think of how prevalent this kind of thing is becoming. Things do change with time, and unfortunately not always for the good. Being 60 yrs old myself, I can well remember a time when, at least in this country, children were safe to play all over their neighborhoods, and crime was for the most part limited to occasional petty larceny, or even bank robbery, but there was some honor even among thieves.
It is a sad thing, but that is becoming less and less true as time goes on, and while this nation was founded on Christian principals and guidelines, now it is politically incorrect to be a real bible-believing Christian. It is fine to be "religious" for anything or anyone but Christ, and the bible. We have kicked God out of the schools, the public buildings, and most of our lives. Our founding fathers knew that we had to be one nation, under God. Somewhere along the way, we as a nation have set those principals aside and decided we no longer need God, or at least not the God of the bible.
Well, I know for a fact, that unless this nation repents of the increasing sins, and turns back to our loving and forgiving God, we are going to continue to see a very real devil showing himself in cases just like this woman who killed her own child. This really should not be all that shocking to us, since we don't bat an eye at the killing of so many of our unborn babies every day. We all look around at the increasing violence and crime and danger in every area, and wonder what in the world we are going to do. The answer is so simple we really just miss it. The bible, and historical accounts to back it up, show us over and over that God is so willing to forgive and heal if we will but turn our hearts back to Him. The choice must be made by each one for themselves. But the choice is very clear, we will either turn from evil and begin to humble our hearts and acknowledge our Creator, or we will continue to spiral into the seething misery of worsening evil and sin. I just pray in the Name of Jesus Christ, (yes, I know that is very politically incorrect, however, that is always the way I pray--and always shall!) that people will awaken to the truth before it is too late. If we will but humble ourselves and pray, the Lord will heal our land as well as our hearts. He has said it, and I believe it.
I know that this will never get posted, but I just had to write it... whether anyone actually sees it or not.
