Freecycle your unwanted junk or get someone else’s stuff

The Freecycle website needs to be at the top of your favorites list. 

It’s a way to help others by sharing and to help yourself by “freecycling”, if you will, perfectly good stuff that other people no longer need.

It’s a huge online community made up of nearly 5,000 local groups and 7 million members. 

Joining is free. 

Just pick your local area and sign up.

You can either check the website or get e-mails notifying you of things people are freecycling in your own neighborhood.

Got an old microwave or a bike or kids clothing or furniture? 

Don’t let it gather dust or rot and rust in a landfill. 

Post it on Freecycle.

Nothing is sold on Freecycle. 

Everything’s free.
