It’s safe to say there’s at least one person at work or in your peer group that you just can’t seem to get along with. It may be something they say or something they do.  You may think of the golden rule and treat them the way you want to be treated.  What if they don’t want to be treated like you do? What then? Mediation expert Cathy Liska has some advice.
