Actress Glenn Close says she’s delighted to have people walk all over her!!
On her star, that is!
The 61-year-old actress described the awarding of the 2,378th star on Hollywood boulevard as a “wonderful, wonderful honor.“
Close was presented her star Monday.
Close has two Emmy awards and three Tony awards and has gotten five Oscar nominations.
Her first Emmy came in 1995 for the title role in an NBC made-for-television movie, “Serving in Silence: The Margarethe Cammermeyer Story.“
Close won Tony awards as best actress in a drama in a play in 1984 for “The Real Thing” and 1992 for “Death and the Maiden” and as best actress in a musical for “Sunset Boulevard” in 1995.
